Wah-Hui Chu

Wah-Hui Chu is Non Executive Chairman of PepsiCo International - Asia Region. Wah assumed his current role in April, 2007. He joined PepsiCo in March 1998 and until March 2007 was Chairman of PepsiCo Investment (China) Limited and President of PepsiCo International - China Beverages Business Unit, with responsibility over Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. During those 9 years, PepsiCo’s beverages business in China achieved new record high market share every year and Pepsi Cola became China’s #1 selling cola drink in 2005 and continued to lead all competitors in 2006.

Before joining Pepsi, Wah Chu held various management positions with the U.S.’s Monsanto Company, Whirlpool Corporation, H.J. Heinz Company and Quaker Oats Company in Hong Kong, Singapore, Guangzhou, Pittsburgh, London, Chicago, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Wah serves on the Board of Directors of Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. (NYSE symbol: MTD) and Li Ning Company Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange no. 2331); and is a member of Best Buy’s China Advisory Board. He is also a Senior Advisor to the Shanghai University’s MBA and Management Education Center.

Wah was born in Taishan, Guangdong. He grew up in Hong Kong and went to the U.S. after completing his secondary education. He received his B. S. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1974.

朱华煦现任百事国际集团亚洲区非执行董事长。他自2007年4月起担任这职位。朱华煦1998年3月加入百事公司至2007年3月任百事（中国）投资有限公司董事长兼百事国际饮料中国区总裁，负责中国大陆、香港和台湾市场。在这9年间,百事公司在中国市场占有率连续九年赢得历史市场份额新高。百事可乐在2005年成为中国可乐型饮料第一品牌，并在2006年继续领先所有竞争对手。

加入百事公司之前，朱华煦于美国孟山都公司、惠而浦公司、亨氏公司及桂格公司担当不同管理职位，并曾驻任香港、新加坡、广州、匹芝堡、伦敦、芝加哥、台北。

朱华煦现任梅特勒-托利多公司（Mettler-Toledo International, Inc.,纽约证券交易所：MTD)及李宁有限公司(香港交易所代号2331)董事会成员,与及百思买(Best Buy)中国顾问委员会成员。他也是上海大学MBA教育管理中心董事会顾问团成员。

朱华煦出生于中国广东省台山。在香港长大, 完成高中学业后到美国，1974年毕业于美国明尼苏达大学，获得理学士学位。
