Philip is fully responsible of C&B , Staffing, Employee Relation, OD and Training to support East China R&D design center( including RF design team) ; Automotive product factory & Consumer digital Electronics factory at SH. Develop the HR C&B , Training& OD, Campus recruitment, oversea expert recruitment policy for the company. Conduct the employee satisfaction survey to manage the positive employee relation. Manage the external HR suppliers consists of head hunter, labor agency ,labor related media , HR database system developer etc.
