Mr. Allan Hau

Allan Hau has almost 30 years of Human Resources Management and Administration experience. He had held senior management positions in Fortune 500 multi-national corporations included Molex, Warner Lambert, Pfizer & Energizer. Throughout the years, Allan has been committing to promote Human Capital and knowledge sharing in HR society, especially with expertise in the areas of strengthening organizational structure, restructuring, change
management, organizational development, building and promoting corporate culture, assessment of management system, talent development, remuneration design, performance management, and improving employee morale and teamwork. Allan holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management and a Master degree in Business Administration.

To recognize Allan’s achievements, he was the Winner of the Award for Guangzhou & the Provincial HR Manager of the Year 2002, which is organized & sponsored by the “China Staff.” In 2004, Allan was elected as the Chairman of Human Resources Division of The Multinational Corporation Club Guangzhou. In 2003, the Organizing Committee of Guangzhou Economic & Technological Development District (GETDD), PRC has appointed Allan as the Senior Advisor for ‘The 2003 Business Excellence Forum – Partner of Choice’.

Currently, Allan was appointed as the Senior Advisor of the Board of Trustees of MBA and Management Education Center of Shanghai University; the Principal Consultant for Human Resources Management Projects of the Zhongshan University also the Diploma of Human Resources Management of Hong Kong University, School of Professional & Continuing Education (SPACE) has appointed Allan as Academic Committee Member.

Allan is the Founding Chairman of Human Resources Managers Club of Shatin District in Hong Kong and the Founding Chairman of the Guangzhou Economic & Technological Development District (GETDD) Human Resources Managers Club.

He has been invited to be the advisor and training consultant for corporations as well as government agencies in China and Hong Kong. Allan is a Human Resources Management Expert. He is now running a HR consulting firm – Well-On Management Consulting.
