Ma¡¯s last 20 years work experience in JV and foreign companies gave him not only the competencies on Sales Marketing, but also the way of thinking. He believe that he has a good understanding on the market, customers in the automotive industry, and possess his own opinions on the trend; however, he always tried hard to catch up with the latest development status in Technology, Marketing as well as the people skills. He has an open mind, at the same
time of insisting on his personal believing, he am really happy to invite diverse ideas and to be inclusive.

As a professional sales marketing executive, Ma is absolutely results oriented. In his career, he has already constantly demonstrated the capability to deliver numbers. In Ma¡¯s work experience in Avon, Castrol, his roles were typically like a pioneer.

Ma is very sure he will be able to share his views on career development, people skills as well as the sales marketing practices at the same time he will be benefited by talking to the young people to understand what on their mind, how to face the quick changing world.
