Ms. Linda Ho
Senior Consultant, Elite I. Development Consultants

Linda Ho is now the Senior Consultant of Elite I. Development Consultants. She was the Operations Director, Customized Research Hong Kong. On top of her advisor role in China Human Resource, she heads up Hong Kong Customized Research Operations team to enhance the operational effectiveness.

Prior to her previous role, Ms Ho was the Human Resources Director, Greater China of
ACNielsen and has been working in ACNielsen Human Resource for seven years. She was responsible for the areas of organisational development, change management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, career planning and performance management.

During her 20 years in Human Resource, Ms Ho managed different HR projects amidst the fast changing market in Hong Kong and China. She held senior position in various industries including manufacturing, property development, high-tech industry with public listed and multi-national companies.

Ms Ho was graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Corporate Administration and Human Resources Management. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the American State University, California. She is now the member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management and Senior Adviser for Shanghai University’s MBA and Management Education Center and delivers training to their MBA students.
